Charity partners of Cynthia Spencer

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides care and support to patients and their families with a life-limiting illness. The charity supports the hospice team in providing specialist hospice care to patients in their homes, the inpatient unit, and wellbeing centre.

Every year the charity needs to raise over £2,208,823 to continue offering all the imperative services that it provides across West Northamptonshire. This equates to around £6,052 per day.

Choosing a charity was an easy decision for us. Our family has a close connection to Cynthia Spencer Hospice as my sister works there as a Ward Sister and in 2026 she will celebrate 30 years of nursing. My dad abseiled down the Express Lift Tower in 2021, aged 76, to raise money for the charity, which was a huge inspiration to us.

Wilson Prime Estate Agents have pledged to donate a portion of each successfully completed sale fee directly to Cynthia Spencer. When you choose to work with us, you’re not only supporting our business, you’re also contributing to the incredible services and individuals who devote their time, compassion and energy to the hospice and charity every single day.

If you haven’t visited the charity shop in Moulton Park, it’s well worth a trip. We’ve volunteered there every month since July 2025 and have met some amazing staff and volunteers. We love being part of it as it’s a refreshing change from our day-to-day norm, everyone is welcoming and it’s incredibly rewarding. 

The shop is constantly evolving and the quality and affordability of the stock is amazing. Even as a charity shop, it’s supporting the local community by keeping prices low. Volunteering is one of the most rewarding things you could ever do with your time.
