Richards career in property started in 2003 working for a developer and builder in North Yorkshire refurbishing 200 year old cottages and barn conversions in the Dales. In 2012 he started his estate agency career at the largest national estate agent honing his skills and progressing to a Branch Manager in Northampton, delivering high standards and improving the business year on year. With a brief hiatus in family businesses and investing in several projects and refurbishments of his own, he's back with his extensive knowledge and experience. His genuine care for clients and passion for all things property is contagious and shines through everything he does.

Vicki enjoyed 10 years working in childcare nurseries and nannying working as far afield as New York and Florida. Prior to having twins she had an extensive 16 year career in banking and production management. Her logical, practical, and systematic approach to life makes her the perfect Office Manager to keep everyone moving. Known for her unmatched attention to detail and work ethic, she prides herself on her customer service and having the utmost regard for her clients' confidentiality and privacy.
