After having children, Vicki and I wanted to build a different kind of business together, one that not only maximises our skillset, but serves our community while supporting local charity. 

We penned the most important things we wanted to achieve.

Raising the bar in Estate Agency - We know that clear, consistent communication makes all the difference when moving home. That’s why we’ve chosen to work with only a select number of clients, allowing us to offer a more personal, attentive, and truly exceptional service. While moving house is often seen as stressful and time-consuming, we believe it can be a smoother and a more enjoyable experience with excellent communication. 

Achieving better prices for our clients - Our detailed high impact marketing journey will captivate a buyers imagination, whilst our knowledge in construction and agency gives us the edge when negotiating and overcoming objections.

Building a business that directly supports charity - Following each completed sale we will donate a portion of the fee directly to Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity. We actively promote decluttering donations and we volunteer each month at the Hospice Charity retail site.
